How it Works
The Finishing Touch Company is a styling & prop hire company based in the North East of England.
We stock a huge amount of decorations & props in a range of styles and themes from cast iron Royal Mail Post Boxes, mercury glass vases, cut glass rose bowls, vintage suitcases to candelabras. All of items are to hire within the United Kingdom.
Where do we work?
We are based in Newcastle upon Tyne and we work throughout the North East to decorate and style weddings, mainly in Newcastle, Gateshead, Jesmond, Gosforth, Newcastle city centre, Ponteland, Morpeth, Otterburn, Alnwick, Newton by the Sea and other areas od Northumberland and Co Durham.

We offer a free styling consultaion, where you will discuss in detail your style & wedding theme to ensure that your tastes & personality are reflected throughout the decoration on your wedding day.
How to book a consultation
Simply get in contact with The Finishing Touch Company to book a styling consultation.
At the consultation one of our stylists will chat through all aspects of your wedding decorations, finding out what themes , colours & styles you would like to include.
We know the venues well that we work in so we can suggest and guide you on ares that need dressing and how to achieve your look.
It really doesnt matter if yu are brimming full of ideas or completely at a lost cause with your wedding decorations. The Finishing Touch Company are here to help you bring everything togerher & to make your wedding day unforgettable..
Following a consultation you will recieve a styling wish list from us, which will detaill everything that you talked about with prices.
How to book
Following a styling consultation, you simply let us know which items you would like to book and we will book you in our wedding diary!
However, if you dont require an consultation and know the items that you would like to hire from us, simply make your wish list from our hire catalogue and we will get back to you with confirmation of your order.
Do we set out hire items?
Yes we do. This normally goes hand in hand with our styling consultations. All details of pricing will be detailed on the styling wish list. However, some clients simply want to hire the items to set up themselves.
We require 50% non refundable depoist to book with the remaining balance due 21 days before the wedding or event date. We currently accept cash, cheques or online banking transfers. All payments are receipted as soon as they are recieved.
